But this one Olympian took it literally and bit down on his medal causing him to chip he tooth. (picture below)
He is David Moeller a silver medal winner in the singles luge competition who took the photographers advice and was immediately rushed to the hospital.
I mean how stupid must you be to bite on a piece of metal. Warning to all future Olympians, "You may be winners but you are still human."
Sucks for him.He should be ok though, he can buy a new grill.
